Foundation repair
- Preparing
- Digging
- Lifting
- Bury
- Cleaning
In step one we prepare the wall of your foundation for what it will need in order to be fixed. In this step any obstacles, obstructions or any vegetation will be removed. The perimeter will be cleared and all excavation equipment can begin to be set up.
Hole digging is where we will begin to dig up around the defective wall so we can have clear access to what has been happening. this step can sometimes take a bit longer than the other steps just because it needs to be precise and should be done quite carefully.
Foundation lifting is where the actual repair comes in, in this step we will access whether we can removed the defective wall/ or block, or should we pour another wall entirely. This step is crucially and it may not always be known what to do until the wall itself is uncovered.
Burying everything again after the wall has been properly fixed and the exterior has been waterproofed. This step will get everything underground back under ground.
And the last step of cleaning up is to make sure gardens go back, shrubs are replanted and soils around the repaired foundation wall are the same the were when before we had worked.
